PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin coating film made of a synthetic resin on an outer surface of a stopper body at a low cost. SOLUTION: Only one layer of a synthetic resin powder 31 is stuck on an underside 23 and an outer periphery surface 24 of the stopper body 2 comprising a cork resin or formed by hardening cork resin grains with an adhesive. Then, the powder 31 is heated and melted by irradiating the powder 31 with far infrared rays emitted by a far infrared generating device 5. Thereafter, the coating film (not shown) made of the synthetic resin is formed on the underside 23 and the outer periphery surface 24 of the stopper body 2 by solidifying the melted resin. |
