<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system for a coating material containing hazardous substances such as an antifouling coating material coated on an organic marine moving body or a marine structure. SOLUTION: This treatment system for the coating material containing the hazardous substances, which is a means for analyzing PCB in the antifouling coating material coated on a skeleton of the marine moving body or the marine structure, is equipped with a vacuum heating dryer 14 which, after carrying out peeling, or the like of the coating material 11 coated on the skeleton (a steel sheet, or the like) by a peeling means 12, dries the peeled waste coating material 13 under vacuum and heating, and a hydrothermal oxidative decomposition device 120 for performing hydrothermal oxidative decomposition of gaseous hazardous substances 15 discharged from the vacuum heating dryer 14.</p> |
