<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the decomposition of an organic hardly decomposable substance by microorganisms in bio-remediation. SOLUTION: In such a case that soil is cleaned by utilizing the activity of anaerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria to decompose an organic solvent, oil and other hardly decomposable substance contained in soil or wood components in a landfill site, or the like, a saponin-containing substance is added to or injected in soil or the landfill site.</p> |
