<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method which can solve such a problem that, in an organic waste treatment apparatus for mixing organic waste with aerobic bacteria, culturing the bacteria at high temperature, and changing the waste to organic fertilizer, the properties of the organic fertilizer produced by a conventional method controlled by a completion signal of an aging process from a timer are unstable due to changing the amount and properties of material to be treated, therefore generating a defective product having too much moisture or excessively dehydrated to abandon the product, and thereby can always obtain best treated product. SOLUTION: In the organic waste treatment apparatus, a pressure detector is installed before an exhaust filter installed on the outlet part of the treatment apparatus, or a differential pressure detector for detecting the differential pressure before and after the exhaust filter is installed. By a detection signal output from either one of the detectors, it is considered that aging is completed, and the operation is controlled so as to switch the aging process to a heat insulating process, thereby eliminating the above problem.</p> |
