PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferromagnetic particle dispersion type magnetic ramp function material having magnetic characteristics changing with each of positions and a manufacturing method which is capable of easily producing the ferromagnetic particle dispersion type magnetical ramp function material with an inexpensive device. SOLUTION: After an alloy capable of depositing or crystallizing ferromagnetic particles or particles transformable to the ferromagnetic particles or a composite material containing the ferromagnetic particle is melted, centrifugal force is impressed to the melt and the movement of the particles is controlled by the difference in the centrifugal force occurring in the density difference between a liquid-like parent phase and the ferromagnetic particle to change the volumetric fraction of the ferromagnetic particle in the parent phase at every positions, by which the ferromagnetic particle dispersion type magnetical ramp function material having the magnetical ramp characteristics is manufactured.
