PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear such as sandals and an insole each having a structure containing a material retaining moisture and warmth in a bottom part. SOLUTION: The sandal 10 comprises the upper insole part 2 to be trod by the sole, an instep cover 3 laid above the part 2 so as to contact with a foot instep, and a base bottom part 4 to contact with the ground, which is attached and fixed to the opposite face of the face of the part 2 to be trod by the sole. The part 2 comprises an interior sheet 21 to contact with the sole; a titanium alpha sheet 22 having a few millimeter thickness, on which a titanium alloy is coated on a rubber material surface; and a sponge and a packing which are not shown in Fig. The interior sheet 21 is composed of a soft fabric such as a vinyl, a cloth, a synthetic leather or the like, which has an opening near a part for contacting with the heel, wherein the titanium alpha sheet 22 slightly larger than the opening is sewed under the opening to a circumferential rim.
