PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the waste of the ejection time of an ejector pin and to certainly cut a gate regardless of the shape of a resin product while also preventing the damage of a part. SOLUTION: In this injection mold which is constituted so that a cavity having a product shape, a runner and a side gate are formed between a fixed mold and a movable mold at the time of clamping of both molds and has an ejection mechanism comprising an ejector pin on the side of the cavity for separating the resin product and an ejector pin on the side of the runner for separating the resin molded part molded by the runner both of which are provided to either one of the fixed mold and the movable mold, the ejection mechanism 6 is equipped with a gate cutting pin 7 coming into contact with the resin molded part 52 to eject the resin molded part 52 in the direction separated from the resin product 51, and the ejector pin 8 on the side of the cavity, the ejector pin 9 on the side of the runner and the gate cutting pin 7 cooperate with each other to advance and retreat.
