PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe made of a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin having good surface properties and glossiness or to particularly provide a method for manufacturing the pipe of a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin having good surface properties and glossiness of the inner surface. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the pipe comprises a step of extrusion molding a resin composition containing 100 pts.wt. of the chlorinated vinyl chloride resin having 64 to 68 wt.% of a chlorine content and 0.1 to 0.6 pts.wt. of a polyethylene wax oxide having an acid value degree of 15 to 25 and a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000 to 3,500 under the conditions of a resin temperature of 190 to 210 deg.C and an extruding pressure of 150 to 250 kg/cm<2> .
