PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a structure for a car parts having lightweight properties and high rigidity, certainly bonding a resin and a closed cross-sectional panel at the time of molding without using a complicated mold even in a resin part requiring reinforcement due to the closed cross-sectional panel from an aspect of strength and rigidity and capable of avoiding the filling of the closed cross-sectional panel with the resin while preventing the plastic deformation of the closed cross-sectional panel due to injection pressure, and the structure for the car part manufactured by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the structure for the car parts by injecting the resin 3 so as to cover at least a part of the outside surface of a panel 1 having a closed cross section after the panel 1 is preset to the mold to mold the same, a through-hole 2 is provided to the side surface of the panel 1 to set the panel 1 to the mold and a part of the resin 3 injected in the mold is allowed to flow in the closed cross section of the panel 1 from the through-hole 2 while nitrogen gas G is injected in the closed cross section from the end part of the closed cross section of the panel 1 not only to intercept the resin 3 at the inner peripheral edge of the through-hole 2 by the nitrogen gas G but also to cool and solidify the same to form a locking projection 4 and the cooled and solidified resin 3 and the panel 1 are taken out of the mold in a state of bonding by the locking of the locking projection with the through-hole 2. |
