PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast iron product inserting a cooling pipe and its production method with which even in the case of causing crack, etc., on the cast iron product body caused by thermal shock or stress from outside and the others, propagation of the crack into the cooling pipe is prevented and this product has excellent cooling effect. SOLUTION: The metallic pipe forming an aluminum alloy layer and a metallic aluminum film on the outer surface is inserted under non-fusion and adhesive state. Therein, the non-fusion expresses that the metallic pipe and the cast body are not stuck with fusion. Further, the adhesive state expresses that the air gap does not exist between the metallic pipe and the cast body.
