PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating twisted plate made of a round rod, which is capable of efficiently agitating liquid and powder. SOLUTION: The main body segment of the agitating plate is composed of a combination of the flat plates and is twisted from the segments (2) to (3) of the constitution segments of the flat plate. While the agitation motion is performed by the main body segment, the agitation is further performed again by the twisted segments.
