PURPOSE: A tube for treating compartment syndrome is provided which decreases the pressure inside tissue effectively and treats or prevents the compartment syndrome without the severe complications utilizing the osmosis by a semipermeable membrane inserted into the tissue. CONSTITUTION: The tube(1) is a medical device to treat or prevent a compartment syndrome by escaping the tissue liquid using an osmotic membrane having an wide surface. The tube(1) has an inlet(2) and an outlet(3), wherein if a small amount of the hypertonic solution is inserted through the inlet(2), a lot of liquid with a concentration reduced by the osmosis is escaped through the outlet(3), thereby the pressure inside tissues is decreased.
