摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a regulator circuit which can adjust and maintain an output voltage with superior precision over the whole current region by correcting the setting of a prescribed voltage which is regulated corresponding to a charge current. CONSTITUTION: An output terminal V3 of an amplifier 112 is connected to a reference voltage terminal V2 via a resistance element R3. When a charge current ICHG does not flow, a detection voltage V3 becomes 0 V, and the voltage of a reference power source VREF is divided by a resistance element R1 and the parallel resistance of resistance elements R2 and R3. When the charge current ICHG flows and the detection voltage V3 is outputted, the detection voltage V3 is divided by the resistance elements R3 and R2, and a correction voltage corresponding to the charge current ICHG is generated. When a voltage drop ΔVLS occurs between an output terminal VO of a charge control device and a battery terminal VBAT, the battery terminal VBAT can be maintained at a full charge voltage VBAT0 by properly adjusting the control voltage of the output voltage VO.
