PURPOSE: A method for producing a raw material of a hard panel is provided to reduce defective ratio and allow for mass production, while reducing costs and achieving improved quality of product. CONSTITUTION: A PET film sheet including a polyimide sheet(103), and a rolled brass sheet(102) are combined and deposited on a hard epoxy or an insulating panel through the use of a foaming polymer capsule cell(104) or inverse foaming polymer capsule cell. Alternatively, a protruded line is arranged on a hard panel. The hard part and the soft raw material part are separated through a heating or ordinary temperature maintaining method, so as to produce a flexible printed circuit board.
