PURPOSE: A fixing device of a movable freight in a body of a freight vehicle is provided to prevent the falling, the breakage and the noise through the movement of the freight by adjusting a loading space corresponding to the loaded amount of the freight. CONSTITUTION: A moving member(45) contains a partition plate(30), a hollow base portion(34), a holder(36), a moving member(37) and a partition connecting member(35). The partition plate is located in parallel with a side portion of a body and has more than two connecting holes(31). The hollow base portion has a sliding hole(33) to penetrate the inside lengthwise, combined with the connecting hole and has two external fixing holes(34). The holder is combined with the hollow base portion. The moving member is connected with the holder. The partition connecting member has a fixing key(38) to be connected with the moving member. More than two guide shafts(42) have many internal fixing holes(41) to be penetrated with the external fixing hole(40) of the moving member and to be inserted the fixing key. Thereby, the movement of the freight is minimized.
