PURPOSE: A hydraulic shuttle valve is provided to reduce operating noise and to improve the durability. CONSTITUTION: An oil passage(4) is formed in a valve housing(1). A piston(5) comprises a body portion(5a) and a valve member(5b). The body portion is movable inside the valve housing, extended by penetrating the oil passage and interlocked with first and second springs(7a,7b). The valve member(5b) opens and closes the oil passage by combining with the body portion. The first spring operates elastic force toward the closing direction of the oil passage by arranging between the valve housing and the piston. The second spring operates the elastic force toward the opening direction of the oil passage by arranging between a cover of the valve housing and the piston. A damping member(16) reduces shock and noise by contacting to the piston when the piston is moved downward. Thereby, the durability of the components is improved.
