PURPOSE: A cursor device of an Internet phone and a cursor operating method thereof are provided to vertically move a cursor on an LCD screen to indicate corresponding contents by a sensor, and to execute the indicated contents when a marble cursor is clicked one time, thereby quickly executing the contents and the vertical movement. CONSTITUTION: A marble cursor(2) formed on one side of a wireless Internet phone(1) vertically rotates based on a hinge pin in the middle. A sensor for sensing a vertical movement by being contacted with the marble cursor(2) senses the vertical rotation of the marble cursor(2), and vertically moves a cursor(3) on an LCD screen(7) as much as the movement of the marble cursor(2) under the control of a controller A. The sensor indicates corresponding contents. When an operation button formed side by side with the marble cursor(2) is clicked, a memory B executes the contents indicated by the cursor(3) on the LCD screen(7).
