PURPOSE: A semaphore, signal bulb and signal lamp using laser beam is provided to reduce a consumption power and elongating a lifetime by adjusting an irradiation angle of a laser beam and making an after-image of the laser beam form a predetermined area. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam generator(50) generates laser beams in response to a control signal, and the laser beams is irradiated on an image-formed cover(20). An optical distribution unit(10) distributes the laser beam so that an after-image of a laser beam formed on the cover forms a predetermined area, by adjusting an irradiation angle of the laser beam and repeatedly irradiating the laser beam on the area. An operating switch controls a power supply part or the laser beam generator and the optical distribution unit. An irradiation angle of the laser beam is adjusted by the optical distribution unit, so that irradiation points form the predetermined area.
