PURPOSE: An immobilizer inside the marrow cavity for treating a fracture of pelvic bones is provided to reset and immobilize a fracture inside the marrow cavity by approaching the pubis and ilium areas near the skin without a damage of the blood vessel and nerve. CONSTITUTION: The immobilizer inside the marrow cavity for treating a fracture of pelvic bones is an apparatus to recovery a role of pelvic bones as two columns by considering the two poles as respective ilia like a femur and immobilizing it with a metal immobilizer like inserting a hammer in marrow cavity. The inserting direction is toward the pubis or ilium crest in case of a forward bone column and toward the hipbone or ilium crest in case of a backward bone column, the each inserting direction is opposite. The fracture is reset by an image intensifier before inserting, and the resetting is finished by pressing the inserted metal immobilizer before crossing a part of fracture line.
