This invention is related to the backpack installed with seat, which is made of separate closet at the bottom, therefore it is possible to combine seat in need of seating by using of the closet which can be a space with air bag seat, and the goal of this invention is to offer the backpack with the usage. To accomplish the above goal, the backpack has the body which made of soft composition resin etc., and inside of the body has a small space for closet usage, and the back of the backpack has usual hanger to fasten on user's back. In addition to the above usual backpack, the invention is added some size closet(20) by opening and shutting means(22) at the bottom of the backpack (10) ; is installed with seat(50) which can be inside the closet, and the seat(50) get to be one body sewn at side of the closet.
