PURPOSE: A thermal energy storage heating system using PCM(Phase Change Material) is provided to reduce size of an accumulator. CONSTITUTION: A system includes an accumulator(10) charged with supply water and sealed; an upper partition(20) and a lower partition(30) formed to divide an inside of the accumulator into an upper tank(11), a middle tank(12) and a lower tank(13); a plurality of thermal energy storage material tube(40) charged with PCM and placed to pass the upper partition and the lower partition; an accumulating pump(50) placed in a first compartment(14) formed on the one side in the accumulator, to circulate water in the accumulator to the first compartment; a supply water discharge pipe(63) connected on one side in the accumulator to an outside heating part; a heating pump(60) connected to a supply water return pipe(61) connected from the outside heating part to a second compartment(15) formed on the other side in the accumulator, to circulate supply water in the accumulator to the outside heating part; and an electric heater(70) placed to heat supply water in the accumulator.
