INTEGRAL HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR AUTOMOBILE WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: An integral heat exchanger and air conditioner for automobile with the same are provided to prevent part of air of increased temperature from leaking to a chilled air discharge area on an upper end of a heater core. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes integral flat tubes formed by a pair of integral plates(300). The integral plate is formed to be square and divided into an upside-down L-shaped evaporator plate part(310) and a square heater core plate part(330) by a first partitioning bead(341) bending up in upside-down L shape from the middle of a lower end. A heat transfer cut-off slit(342) is formed on the middle of the first partitioning bead to separate the evaporator plate part and the heater core plate part.
