PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily instruct the preparation or reception of the door-to-door delivery of a package. SOLUTION: This door-to-door delivery counter service system using a CATV system is provided with a viewing contractor side connecting terminal 31 of a CATV attached with information for specifying a contractor in a CATV system for providing a screen for instructing the preparation or reception of the door-to-door delivery of a package and for transmitting instruction contents information inputted on the picture with information for specifying the contractor attached to its own terminal to a CATV station side, a data base arranged at the CATV side for holding the information of the CATV viewing contractor including the information for specifying the contractor, and a means 12 for certifying the origin of transmission of the instruction contents information by referring to the information of the data base, and for providing the instruction contents information with customer information acquired from the data base to a door-to-door delivery agent in order to transmit the instruction of the delivery or reception of the door-to-door delivery of a package from the viewer contractor.
