SOLUTION: At an instruction to start a life assessment, of various status information in a first storage device 1A151 of an equipment controller 1A1, power system status information required for the remaining life assessment is downloaded to a second storage device 1A152. A remaining life assessing program in a (n+2)-th storage device 1A15n+2 of the equipment controller 1A1 starts to run. An assessment is made on status information, required for a power supply-side electronic terminal 2, in the second storage device 1A152 of the equipment controller 1A1. The result of the assessment is transmitted to the power supply-side electronic terminal 2. An assessment is made of the status information, required for a product supply-side electronic terminal 3, in the second storage device 1A152 of the equipment controller 1A1. The result of the assessment is transmitted to the product supply-side electronic terminal 3.</p>
