<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve not only irradiation of the front in traveling of a bicycle but also visibility from the side and the rear by improving the structure of a reflecting mirror and an irradiation lens covering the reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: This headlight is composed of a concave reflecting mirror positioned in a centripetal part and to which a bulb is fit and the irradiation lens covering the front of the reflecting mirror, installed so as to be directed to the front in traveling, the reflecting mirror has a side window directed to the right and light sides installed in a part of the end edge of the reflecting mirror, a plurality of plate-shaped reflecting ribs arranged at regular intervals partitioning the side window are formed so as to be directed to the side in the side window, the irradiation lens has a transparent side lens part covering the side window of the reflecting mirror, and a plurality of transparent projecting ribs projecting outward are installed in the position of the side lens part, corresponding to the intermediate position of a plurality of plate-shaped reflecting ribs installed in the side window in the reflecting mirror. Thereby, luminous ability in especially the side direction and the rear direction is enhanced, and safety is also enhanced.</p> |
