PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system provided with; an imaging apparatus for outputting position information in an image corresponding to the image; and an image processing apparatus for processing the image based on the position information received from the imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with; an imaging section for picking up an original image; a display section for displaying the original image; a designation section for designating a position of a partial image to approach the image quality by image processing to a predetermined target value; a storage section for storing position information indicative of a position of the partial image; and an output section for outputting the original image and the position information in making each other corresponding. Further, the image processor includes; a reception section for receiving the original image and the position information; and an image processing section for applying image processing to the original image so that the image quality of the partial image in the original image designated by the position information approaches the target value.
