PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system and a motion control method for a simulation model, which reduce the processing load on a computer for performing simulation. SOLUTION: A plurality of condition tables DT1, DT2, DT3,... obtained by coordinating and tabulating items which have to be judged by an object corresponding to a simulation model by each position where the simulation model can exist and action tables DT1, DT2, DT3,... coordinated with one of the plurality of condition tables by each condition where the simulation model is placed are stored in a storage part 15. Only items written in a maneuver schedule (decision table) 15a corresponding to the position where the simulation model exists are performed by an object corresponding to the simulation model.
