PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device holder and optical equipment having the same in which a satisfactory image can be obtained even when an optical low-pass filter is attached and detached on the light incident side of an imaging device. SOLUTION: In the imaging device holder in which an optical filter holding member holding an optical filter and an imaging device holding member holding the imaging device are mounted while being overlapped in the direction of an optical axis in order from the light incident side attachably and detachably in one part of an image pickup device to form an object image from an optical image pickup system, an imaging device position control member is provided for controlling the change quantity of an optical path length when the optical filter is detached from the optical path.
