SOLUTION: A drive gear is constituted which has a rotor in the shape of a hollow disk whose at least one plane is magnetized into at least two different poles in a circumferential direction, a coil whose inner or outer peripheral surface is arranged at a position opposed to the rotor, first magnetic pole portions which are opposed to one plane of the rotor, are made of teeth extended outward in the radial direction of the rotor, and are excited by the coil, and second magnetic pole portions which are formed on the opposite side of the first magnetic pole portions with the rotor between, and are excited by the coil.
