PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker for transmitting vibration of a voice coil provided in a magnetic circuit and arranged in an air gap to a diaphragm to generate an acoustic sound, which can improve an acoustic transmission efficiency in a high-frequency range. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker with an improved high frequency range characteristic includes a doom-shaped diaphragm and a bobbin 1. The diaphragm has a doom vibration part 63 having a semispherical convex shape and an edge 64 for supporting the peripheral edge of the vibration part 63. A boundary part 61 is formed between the vibration part 63 and the edge 64, and the outer peripheral edge of the edge 64 is fixed to a vibration plate holder. The bobbin 1 is shaped into a cylinder. The bobbin is provided in its lower edge with a voice coil 60 wound therearound and in its upper edge with a connection part 3 formed by bending the upper edge outwardly. The bent part 5 is brought into contact with the bottom of the boundary part 61, the bent connection part 3 is bonded to the edge 64 as connected therealong.
