PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk tray that can use a card type optical disk without the need for an adaptor. SOLUTION: A recessed part 110 is a shallow recessed part to accommodate an optical disk whose diameter is 12 cm. Further, a recessed part 120 provided to the recessed part 110 is a deeper recessed part than the recessed part 110 to contain an optical disk whose diameter is 8 cm. Then a recessed part 130 is used to contain a card type optical disk. A bottom face 131 of the recessed part 130 is slightly larger than the card type optical disk 10 and formed to have the same depth as that of the recessed part 120 for containing the optical disk whose diameter is 8 cm. Further, in the case of placing the card type optical disk whose recording face has a projected guide to the recessed part 130, a groove 128 to contain the guide is provided to the recessed part 130.
