PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately record data even when tracking abnormality or focusing abnormality occurs in an optical disk device. SOLUTION: By a buffer underrun judging part 17 of a system control circuit 15, when the vibration is detected by a vibration detecting sensor 100 the recording operation is interrupted by a recording control part 18 similar to the time when the buffer underrun state is generated, effecting that the speed of a data transfer rate inputted to an encoder 11 from a personal computer 10 becomes lower as compared with a data transfer rate outputted to the encoder 11. After that, the recorded position right after the interruption is detected by a recording start position detecting part 19 to write the data in the specified amount in trial. The data written in trial are reproduced by a verify part 22 to count the number of errors, and when this number shows an allowable value or lower, the data recording is restarted. Meanwhile, when the number of errors exceeds the allowable value, the data recording is stopped at that time point.
