YELLOW-SOIL CONTAINER FOR GRILLING AND USAGE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A yellow-soil container for grilling and usage method thereof is provided to evenly grill a food raw material in an egg shaped container. CONSTITUTION: A yellow-soil container(1) is configured in an egg shape with a yellow-soil mixture of yellow-soil, elvan and sericite. The yellow-soil container(1) has an upper container(2) and lower container(3) in which a food raw material is contained. The upper container(2) has a steam outlet(4) to discharge steam generated from a food raw material on heating the container(1). The upper container(2) is engaged with the lower container(3) by applying yellow-soil water(5) therebetween after putting the food raw material in the yellow-soil container(1). The yellow-soil container(1) is heated at 200 to 500 degrees centigrade during 20 to 50 minutes. After cooling the heated yellow-soil container(1), the steam outlet(4) is closed with paper.
