PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety of payment using a card while keeping its convenience. SOLUTION: This card payment system is provided with a pen 3 used for writing on a slip 1 carrying a printed positional code and transmitting the written data, a transaction data management part 10 controlling transmission and receipt of transaction data about the payment including the written data written on the slip 1 by means of the pen 3 by a user of a card number, and a member database 7 storing original signature data previously registered for every card number and personal data about the member of the card number. The transaction data management part 10 is provided with a slip number specifying function 16 for specifying the slip number of the written data on the basis of the positional code of the written data or the contents of the written data, a signature collating function 18 for collating the signature data in the written data with the original signature data as to the transaction, and a collation result informing function 20 for informing the collation result to an affiliated store terminal or a card management host. |
