PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help the action of a person handicapped in sight or physical function deteriorated person on the outside and to provide local information by displaying information/data required for walking in voice. SOLUTION: A tile, in which an RFIC storing information irreducibly necessary for walking and various kinds of additional information is embedded, is combined with a stick-shaped information search bar provided with an electronic circuit for reading the information stored in the RFIC.
