PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed type antenna which can be mounted easily even on an automobile or the like, having restrictions on installation location and has superior appearance. SOLUTION: A printed board 1 is formed by using a thin dielectric plate, further the board 1 may be formed by using a flexible film. A monopole antenna 2 is formed on the printed board 1 by using, e.g. a feeder. The monopole antenna 2 is constituted of a monopole radiation element 3 and ground elements 4a, 4b. In the monopole antenna 2, the monopole radiation element 3 is arranged in a central part, and L-shaped ground elements 4a, 4b are arranged on both sides. A lower end portion of the monopole radiation element 3 and the tip portions of short edge sides of the ground elements 4a, 4b are aligned and arranged, and a feeding part 5 is constituted. In the monopole radiation element 3, the distance from the ground elements 4a, 4b to the upper end is set to be about 0.25λ, and the entire length of the ground elements 4a, 4b is set to be about 1λ.
