PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit capable of operating with only a positive or negative type bias power supply and realizing a low insertion loss, superior isolation, and a small and low-cost circuit. SOLUTION: Each PIN diode D2b is arranged on a path 2 in series with the same polarity as the PIN diodes D1 provided in series on a path 1 from a view of a common port COM side. Each PIN diode D2b is arranged on the path 2 in series with the polarity opposite to that of PIN diodes D2a. A positive voltage with a zero voltage can be used as a bias voltage applied through BIAS1, BIAS2a, and BIAS2b and a negative bias voltage is not required even when the path 1 is used or the path 2 is used. The path 1 has a small insertion loss, and the path 2 has high isolation, and aλ/4 line path is not required.
