PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for largely improving convenience for a user by allowing the user to register information individually used by the user. SOLUTION: This information providing device (a traffic information providing device) 201 is provided with a time table database 104 for registering information controlled by the traffic information providing device 201, a user time table database 105 for registering user information controlled by the user, a retrieving condition acquiring means 102A for acquiring a retrieving condition from a user terminal, a database merging means 102D for merging the information registered in the time table database 104 and the user time table database 105, and a transfer retrieving means 102B for retrieving transfer information adapted to the retrieving condition from the information merged by the database merging means 102D.
