PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a radio terminal for carrying out receiving in a high speed rate and to improve the performance of an entire wireless LAN system by transmitting the data frame of the high speed rate preferentially rather than the data frame of a low speed rate by adding priority control and multi-rate control to a plurality of transmission queues having different data transmission rates.
