PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system by which trouble caused by hand over of a terminal can be suppressed as little as possible. SOLUTION: This system is provided with access points 3 and 4 for supporting wireless communication, a packet transmitter 5, and terminals 1 and 2 to be handed over between service areas and carries out QoS guaranteeing. Concerning the access point, when there is a former terminal and a novel terminal is handed over to carry out wireless communication with this access point, priority of a packet concerning the former/novel terminal is changed.
