PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information analyzing system where moving information on each of individuals can precisely and efficiently be collected and more effective marketing activity can be realized from moving information on the customer and purchase information on a commodity by interlocking the system with a POS system. SOLUTION: The customer information analyzing system is characterized in that it is provided with a non-contact IC card which the customer carries and stores customer information on the customer individual, a reader/writer detecting customer information and the position of the non-contact IC card when the non-contact IC card that the customer carries is brought close within a prescribed range, a position detection device grasping the moving situation of the customer in a store from customer information and position information of the non-contact IC card, a POS terminal performing the paying processing of the commodity by using the non-contact IC card when the customer purchases the commodity and a marketing analyzing device managing and analyzing moving information and purchase information of the customer from a processing result in the POS terminal. |
