PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated inductor whose characteristics and reliability are improved by preventing characteristic deterioration caused by stress due to the difference in coefficients of thermal expansion of a magnetic substance layer and a conductor and migration caused by the ingress of liquids such as moisture or the like from a junction with an external electrode. SOLUTION: By using conductive paste whose shrinkage percentage at baking is approximately equal to that of the magnetic substance when printing inner conductor patterns in a portion forming the junction with the external electrode, gaps are prevented from occurring between the conductor and the magnetic substance at the junction with the external electrode, and by using conductive paste whose shrinkage percentage at baking is larger than that of the magnetic substance when printing inner conductor patterns in other portions, gaps are formed between the conductor and the magnetic substance. As a result, the ingress of liquids from the junction with an outer conductor is prevented, and the existence of gaps can suppress the occurrence of stress.
