PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element taking on various hues, giving light of high brightness at low impressed voltage, and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: At least one of the layers consisting of organic compounds contains at least one kind of pyrazole compound or pyrazoline compound expressed in formula (I). In the formula, R1 denotes H, an alkyl group, aryl group, and a heterocyclic group, and Ar1 to Ar3 denote an aryl group, a heterocyclic group or the like.
