PURPOSE: An SIM card connecting device of a cellular phone is provided to press an SIM card by a tension rib when a battery is coupled with the cellular phone mounting the SIM card thereon, and to firmly fix the SIM card into an SIM card mounting unit, thereby simplifying a process of coupling parts. CONSTITUTION: A portion of an SIM card mounting unit(50) is caved in a lower side(41) of a battery mounting unit of a cellular phone. A battery(60) has a tension rib(62). The tension rib(62) presses an SIM card mounted on the SIM card mounting unit(50). A lower side of the SIM card mounting unit(50) opens a portion, to expose an SIM card connection end(53) for connecting with the SIM card. The tension rib(62) is installed on an inner side(61) of the battery(60) opposite to the SIM card mounting unit(50), when the battery(60) is mounted on the battery mounting unit.
