The electrostatic generator has a dielectric container (1) which isolates from the atmosphere a block (4) of material that freely generates electrons. The block is traversed by an antenna (6). The electrons produced are delivered through a neck (2) at the bottom of the container, and compressed against the negative electrode connection (3) by an electromagnetic field produced by a coil (8).
