PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BTO system for enabling a user to request estimation for a vehicle of specific specifications selected by a user using a user terminal 5 on line by use of a vehicle maker side server 1 (estimated price providing device) and the user terminal 5 which can make bidirectional communication through a telecommunication line in which a proper estimation can be provided to the user without delay to achieve sufficient sales support effect. SOLUTION: An estimated price DB 35 is preliminarily stored in a storage device 26 of the vehicle maker side server 1. Based on information of the vehicle of the specific specifications transmitted from the user terminal 5, the estimated price DB 35 is referred to, so that an estimated price is automatically computed to be sent to the user terminal 5. The estimated price DB 35 is automatically changed and renewed based on sales schedules and achievements of a distributor. An excessive discount source and sales promotion money within a prescribed period are divided by the number of contracts concluded within the period, and services or optional parts equivalent to obtained amount are provided. |
