PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost terminal block for grounding, improved in strength besides being simple in structure and easy to handle. SOLUTION: Annular grooves 4b are formed at heads 4a of hexagon headed bolts 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, and when molding a resin base 2, the bolt heads 4a are buried in the base 2 so that the faces, vertical to the axial direction, of the heads 4a of the bolts 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D are flush with the face for mounting a connecting plate 6, of the base 2.
