PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a positive electrode active material paste with excellent handling property and stable painting stability by using positive electrode active material having higher-order metal oxide on its surface or at the neighboring are of the surface. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of alkali secondary cell includes a first process of adding surfactant and disperser to positive electrode active material having higher-order metal oxide on its surface or at the neighboring are of the surface and kneading them, and a second process of obtaining the paste by adding a hydrophilic resin to the above the kneading them. |
