PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PWM inverter capable of improving the efficiency at the time of power conversion. SOLUTION: The inverter comprises a bridge circuit in which a series circuit of switches Q3 and Q4 made of MOSFETs similarly having parasitic diodes is connected in parallel to a series circuit of switches Q1 and Q2 made of MOSFETs having parasitic diodes, in such a manner that the switch Q1 is turned on or off in the state in which the switch Q4 is on and the switch Q2 is turned on or off in the state in which the switch Q3 is on. In this inverter, when the first (second) switch is turned on or off, the second (first) switch is turned on or off in antiphase to the on or off of the first (second) switch. |
