PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a major storage color is reproduced insufficiently. SOLUTION: In an image processing method, the values of constituents with respect to the hue, chroma and brightness of an image, which are shown in image data, are changed independently to solve the problem. The variation of the hue is different in accordance with the value of a hue angle with respect to the hue, and the variation of the chroma is different in accordance with the values of the hue angle and the chroma with respect to the chroma while the variation of the brightness is different in accordance with the hue angle (Fig. 3 B1-B3). |
